For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are mandatory at nearly every distillery we visit. You’ll be on your feet exploring rickhouses, production areas, and maybe even walking on elevated catwalks. Opt for sneakers or casual boots.

Kentucky weather can shift quickly, so layers are key. We suggest:
