"Bourbon Hall Tours was so wonderful! They arrived right on time, gave us an overview of the day, checked us in at each location, and made sure everyone had a nice time! They had coolers for beverages, provided water/snacks, as well as bluetooth radio connectivity so we could enjoy music throughout the day. They made planning our trip along the Bourbon trail super easy and seamless. Bob was so welcoming - a huge thank you to him and his team! "From the first moment I contacted Bob O at Bourbon Hall Tours and Tastings it was a first class experience. From his crew’s communication in selecting the perfect experience for my husbands 50th birthday with friends. The tour bus picked us up in front of our hotel, we toured 2 distilleries; had an amazing lunch at Bardstown bourbon Company. So delicious! We then toured 2 more distilleries and were dropped back at our hotel safe and sound. I can’t say enough about Bob O. His hospitality was above and beyond. So knowledgeable, friendly and we all laughed till we cried. Any tips You pay Bob donates back to the Wounded Warriors project. . Bless you. "When researching tour companies, I initially passed by this one because the reviews and social media seemed outdated. Something made me reach out and I'm glad I did! We had a short time in Louisville and short list of places we really wanted to get to. Bob and Amber provided so much information in helping is curate a tour that hit our highlights and filled in their recommendations. We had different drivers each day to take us from downtown Louisville to the Eastern Trail (Fred) and the Southern Trail (Michael). It was wonderful for our group of 4 to be taken care of from pickup to drop off. Based on our experience, I have recommended this company to two other groups I know who are planning trips to the Bourbon Trail."

"We decided to give my husband a bourbon hall tour for a special birthday. I was so extremely impressed with EVERYTHING about bourbon hall tours. I found them on the internet and gave them a call. From the very first phone call, through booking, and then the tour it was the best customer service I have ever encountered. We had 7 people on our tour. We booked later then we should have to get into some of the big name distilleries. I was a little bummed then but with the expertise that Bourbon Hall tours shared we are soooooo happy we went to some of the smaller distilleries. Glenn's Creek Distillery was small and it was by far our favorite. We wouldn't have selected it on our own but with the help of Bourbon Hall Tours we thankfully did. Our driver John was absolutely the best. He was so kind and caring and did everything he could possibly do to make our trip amazing. He even was able to take us back to the one distillery as we wanted to make another purchase. I was asking him about the horses so he altered our route a little so we could see one of the horse farms. We will go back and will DEFINITELY book with Bourbon Hall Tours."

Let me start off my review by saying... I called A LOT of Bourbon Tour companies in the area!! I spoke in length to each one of them. Once I spoke to Bob at Bourbon Hall Tours, I knew I would choose them for my husband's SURPRISE 50th Birthday tour. This trip was a BIG DEAL!! Bob was so friendly, personable and put me at ease right away. I felt 100% confident turning this experience over to him and his team to plan and coordinate. Amber, was fantastic as well. We text back and forth many times along our planning journey. She was very responsive and thorough. The morning of our trip, I received a text from Bob letting me know our driver was in route and the exact time of arrival. Bill (Bob's brother) was our driver... He was very punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about Bourbon and the distilleries. Honestly, he fits into our group like a glove... I think my only complaint was we wished he could have come into the tastings and tours with us because we had so much fun with him. Exceptional service from pickup to drop off... and everywhere in between! We wouldn't do the Bourbon Trail without Bourbon Hall Tours. Needless to say, my husband had the best birthday ever!"

"The entire experience was amazing! From the first call with Bob, to his team's help planning our Bourbon Trail experience through our 2 days with John as our driver the trip was incredible. The team is extremely knowledgeable and suggests many diverse bourbon experiences from small craft distillers and the large industry leaders. All their suggestions gave us a different look at how bourbon is made. John was extraordinary as a tour guide and driver. He suggested several quick stops to shop at nearby distilleries' gift shops that really expanded the opportunities to purchase hard to find bourbons. He made a quick stop at Rebecca Ruth's for so bourbon balls that are some of the finest chocolate I have ever tasted. Our group could not have asked for anything more! Thanks Bob O., John and the team."

"Would HIGHLY recommend using this company to tour with. The booking process was super simple and their communication response time was excellent. The van came right to the door of our Airbnb and was able to drop us off wherever we wanted at the end of the day. The van itself was great, very comfortable seating, able to put on our own music, had a cooler available, snacks, and even drinks/ice for mixed drinks. We were able to continue drinking on the van (which was very important to my group) and got to our destinations on time for the tours we had scheduled. We did a tour with Bob and he truly made the trip an amazing experience. Great guy, knew all the good spots to stop along the way with an extensive knowledge of the region and distillers in the area (to be honest we preferred talking to him over the tour guides). He even added in extra stops he thought we would like, one of which was because he got a tip that an elusive/hard to get bottle of bourbon was available for purchase. Bob really made my friends and I feel welcomed and he's just an all around fun/good person. He doesn't accept personal tips and instead they go to the Wounded Warrior Project so again, Bob's a great guy and your tip will go to a good cause. You won't regret booking with this company, certainly we will be using them again in the future and asking for Bob!"
