One of the best days for myself and my sons on the Bourbon trail. We had the amazing fortune of having the owner, Bob, take us everywhere and more. Very knowledgeable, personable and just plain FUN, Bob was the quintessential host and partner for this incredible tour experience. He took us places that are well known, and some not-so-well-known that offered very different and enjoyable experiences (such as Glenn's Creek and Whiskey Thief).

Highly recommend using these guys for your bourbon trip. From the booking to the trip date, they are very helpful and make recommendations based on your wants and their knowledge. Made for a great trip! Rather than put us in a wait line with the big distillery guys, they made a couple of recommendations for smaller, more personable places that were a hit with the group. Driver Luanne was knowledgeable and tolerated the bad jokes very well!

Bourbon Hall Tours took care of our group when we were in KY for a college reunion and weekend of bourbon tours and horse racing. Bob was our driver and was absolutely excellent. In addition to safely shuttling us to multiple bourbon spots he provided great local knowledge and even recommended a smaller, less well known distillery that was one of our favorite stops. I would recommend Bob and his team to anyone who is looking for transportation along the bourbon trail.

We booked this tour for my 64th birthday weekend celebration! The owner, Bob, ended up being our tour guide and it was AWESOME! Everything was as advertised, and it was seamless! We had the best day, even though it was a snow/ice weekend! Will definitely book with Bourbon Hall Tours again!!

Best ever! From my first contact with Mr. Bob Oats to the day of our tour….hands down best customer service ever. Bob took time to answer every question and help customize our day. So personable and helped create an amazing tour to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! Now let’s talk about the day of!!! Jerry was our tour guide. He was AMAZING! So punctual. So personable. He made sure we had what we needed and we were having fun. Gave some history along the way and kept us on track. I could not have asked for a better day. I could go on and on. Can’t wait to come back and give Bourbon Hall some more business!!!

Would HIGHLY recommend using this company to tour with. The booking process was super simple and their communication response time was excellent. The van came right to the door of our Airbnb and was able to drop us off wherever we wanted at the end of the day. The van itself was great, very comfortable seating, able to put on our own music, had a cooler available, snacks, and even drinks/ice for mixed drinks. We were able to continue drinking on the van (which was very important to my group) and got to our destinations on time for the tours we had scheduled. We did a tour with Bob and he truly made the trip an amazing experience. Great guy, knew all the good spots to stop along the way with an extensive knowledge of the region and distillers in the area (to be honest we preferred talking to him over the tour guides). He even added in extra stops he thought we would like, one of which was because he got a tip that an elusive/hard to get bottle of bourbon was available for purchase. Bob really made my friends and I feel welcomed and he's just an all around fun/good person. He doesn't accept personal tips and instead they go to the Wounded Warrior Project so again, Bob's a great guy and your tip will go to a good cause. You won't regret booking with this company, certainly we will be using them again in the future and asking for Bob!

We had a great day with Boubon Hall Tours. The planning was easy and accommodating with Bob and Amber. We had to make a few changes leading up, all of which were no problem at all thanks to Bob and team's great commitment to customer service.

Bob Oates was our driver and we couldn’t have better things to say about him and the tour. The stops were well planned and he was able to get us an extra quick stop in with our timing. He was super knowledgeable about bourbon and we had great conversation throughout the trip.

Bourbon Hall Tours was amazing and easy to work with. I first spoke with Bob, the owner, about 2 months ahead of our tour. He listened to what we were hoping to do and see. After this, he did an itinerary for us, was so easy for our group of 9. Bob picked us up right on time (a big plus) and started our fun. He had coolers already filled with ice and water, the mini bus was very clean and ready to go. He took us to smaller distilleries (Glenn's Creek-a do not miss with Dave, the owner, was fantastic). Then went to Castle & Key (another great one) for lunch and shopping. Then on to a couple large distilleries, and then to Bluegrass for tastings and a tour (also highly recommend). After that we went to Whiskey Thief (a great last stop) to finish off the day. Bob was very informative on the entire trip (great drive through was a horse farm). Bob certainly did like to have fun and let us do so as well. I highly recommend him and his company without reservation.
