Kevin Humphrey was our driver for the Bourbon Hall Tour, and we cannot say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect for our trip. Bachelor party group for an Urban Trail. We all had an experience of our lifetime. Bourbon Hall Tours did an amazing job showing us the ropes. They accommodated us in every and any fashion, requested or not. They provided an exceptional service and we could not have asked for anything better.

We just returned from a four day trip in Kentucky. Initially, we thought about doing this tour on our own. Even though we had some ideas of the distilleries, we wanted to visit, getting access to some of the tours and getting seemed logistically challenging. Thankful we found Bourbon Hall tours. Bob, the owner, could not have been more accommodating and knowledgeable. Bob was able to get us into tours which we wanted to see and recommend others which proved to be our favorite experience (HINT: Peerless is a MUST!). He also provided excellent recommendations on where to visit for lunch, dinner, and experience that downtown nightlife (for the nights we were up for it.) The attention to detail, flexibility (we threw in a few curveballs at him), and overall hospitality made this trip for three novice but enthusiastic fellas extremely memorable.

We did a bachelor party in March and glad we did. We just got in under the closure of all of the distilleries. As a result of this Bob the owner anticipated this and graciously advanced our original tour up by a week. It could not have gone any better! Our driver John was on time, the van was stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, and mixers as promised. Our group did the Urban Trail tour and is was a total blast from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Bourbon Hall Tours & Tastings to anyone looking to having a great time and being treated so professionally by this company.
